How You Can Stress Less (part 2/5)

Write it down...

I don't know about you, but much of my stress these days comes from all the things floating around the back of my head that I need to get done or ideas I have.  I find that I spend more time stressing about "all the things I have to do" and "not having enough time in the day" than I do spend on actually working on those items.

 

For me, I have to write things down - make lists - get them out of my head or at least start sketching out ideas.  I find that as soon as I do this, it's like a huge burden has been lifted.  And then, when I actually move these things from my task list onto my calendar, when I actually block out time to work on these items, I find that the doors of inspiration are thrown wide open and I'm more productive and more creative than I ever imagined was possible.

 

Remember.  Life exists beyond the To Do list.  Schedule time off to rejuvenate, refresh and enjoy the moments.
